Artis Real Estate Investment Trust announced that, pursuant to the exercise in full of the underwriters' over-allotment option granted in connection with its previously announced public offering of Cumulative 5-Year Rate Reset Preferred Trust Units, Series A, (the "Series A Units"), Artis issued an additional 450,000 Series A Units at a price of $25 per Series A Unit for additional gross proceeds to Artis of $11,250,000.
Artis Real Estate Investment Trust is a commercial real estate investment trust in Canada. Co.'s portfolio consists of office, retail and industrial properties in Canada and select markets in the U.S.
