Prospectus excerpt: We are offering 135,000 shares of our 7.00% Series B Cumulative Perpetual Redeemable Preferred Stock, par value $0.01 per share, or the Series B Preferred Stock. Dividends on the Series B Preferred Stock will be cumulative from the date of original issue and payable quarterly, beginning on or about May 12, 2017, at the rate of 7.00% of the liquidation preference per annum, or $1.75 per share of Series B Preferred Stock per annum. The first dividend will be payable on June 30, 2017 in the amount of $0.238 per share.
