Prospectus excerpt:  The class of preferred stock of Farmer Mac created hereby (the ÙPreferred Stockˆ) shall be designated Ù6.000% Fixed-to-Floating Rate Non-Cumulative Preferred Stock, Series C,ˆ shall have a par value of $25.00 per share and a liquidation preference of $25.00 per share, and shall consist of 3,000,000 shares. The Board of Directors, or a duly authorized committee thereof, shall be permitted to increase the authorized number of such shares at any time and from time to time.
