The underlying securities are the 6.70% Senior Notes, due 12/15/2033 issued by United States Cellular Corp. (NYSE: USM). The STRATS certificates pay 6.375% ($0.6375) per annum distributions semiannually on 6/15 & 12/15 to holders of record on the business day immediately preceding the payment date (NOTE: the ex-dividend date is one business day prior to the record date). Certificates are callable at the option of the call warrant holder on or after 4/21/2009 at $10 per certificate plus accrued and unpaid interest.
