Prospectus excerpt:  We will pay cumulative cash dividends on the Series A Preferred Stock from, and including, the date of original issue to, but excluding, December 31, 2024, at a rate of 7.50% per annum of the $25.00 liquidation preference per share (equivalent to the fixed annual amount of $1.875 per share) (the ÙInitial Rateˆ). Dividends on the Series A Preferred Stock will be payable quarterly in arrears on the last day of March, June, September and December of each year, commencing on December 31, 2017, when, as and if authorized by our board of directors. Holders of shares of Series A Preferred Stock will not be entitled to receive dividends paid on any dividend payment date if such shares were not issued and outstanding on the record date for such dividend. On and after December 31, 2024, if any shares of Series A Preferred Stock are outstanding, we will pay cumulative cash dividends on each then-outstanding share of Series A Preferred Stock at an annual dividend rate equal to the Initial Rate plus an additional 1.5% of the liquidation preference per annum, which will increase by an additional 1.5% of the liquidation preference per annum on each subsequent December 31 thereafter, subject to a maximum annual dividend rate of 11.5% while the Series A Preferred Stock remains outstanding.
