(the “Series B preferred stock”) deposited with Computershare Inc. and Computershare Trust Company, N.A. acting jointly as the depositary (the “depositary”). The depositary shares are evidenced by depositary receipts. As a holder of depositary shares, you will be entitled to all rights and preferences of the Series B preferred stock represented thereby (including dividend, voting, redemption, and liquidation rights) in proportion to the applicable fraction of a share of Series B preferred stock represented by such depositary share. You must exercise any such rights through the depositary.
