Prospectus excerpt:  We are offering 7,000,000 of our 5.75% Series E Cumulative Redeemable Perpetual Preference Shares, liquidation preference $25.00 per share (the “Series E Preference Shares”). Dividends on the Series E Preference Shares are cumulative from the date of original issue and will be payable quarterly in arrears on the 15th day of March, June, September and December of each year, when, as and if declared by our board of directors or any authorized committee thereof. Dividends will be payable out of funds legally available therefor at the rate equal to 5.75% per annum of the $25.00 liquidation preference per share, or $1.4375 per share per year.
