In addition, the Company granted the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional 330,000 shares of Series A Preferred Stock. Series A Preferred Stock is listed on The Nasdaq Global Market under the symbol "HTIA." The Series A Preferred Stock has a $25.00 liquidation preference per share.
