Chemspec International is a China-based contract manufacturer of highly engineered specialty chemicals. Co. is engaged in the manufacture of fluorinated specialty chemicals in China. Co.'s specialty chemicals, typically highly engineered chemicals, are used as building blocks for more advanced chemicals or used to enhance the performance of the end products of its clients. Co. has a client pool from various industries including electronics, pharmaceuticals and agrochemicals. Co. maintains four manufacturing facilities that are equipped to produce specialty chemicals in both small batches for development stage and commercialized projects.
