Prospectus excerpt:  Distributions on the Series C preferred shares will be cumulative from the date of original issue and payable quarterly, beginning on May 15, 2007, at the rate of 7% of the liquidation preference per annum, or $1.75 per Series C preferred share per annum. Except as otherwise described in this prospectus supplement, the Series C preferred shares are not redeemable until February 15, 2012. On or after February 15, 2012, we may redeem the shares at $25.00 each, plus any accrued and unpaid distributions to but excluding the date of redemption. The Series C preferred shares have no maturity date and will remain outstanding indefinitely unless redeemed.
