Preferred Stock Offering Details:	CoreSite Realty Corporation, an owner, developer and operator of strategically located data centers in some of the leading communications hubs in North America, today announced the pricing of an underwritten public offering of 4,000,000 shares of 7.25% Series A Cumulative Redeemable Preferred Stock at a price of $25.00 per share for gross proceeds of $100 million. The offering is expected to close on December 12, 2012, subject to closing conditions. The Company has granted the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional 600,000 shares of its 7.25% Series A Cumulative Redeemable Preferred Stock to cover over-allotments, if any. The Company intends to apply to list the shares on the New York Stock Exchange.
